Agility portion will be focused on footwork for defense, blocking and transition to hitting; Quickness and reaction. Strength portion will focus on core stability, balance and overall endurance. Also includes Plyometrics and Vertical Training. All specifically designed for volleyball athletes; based on their movement patterns and needs.
